We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag; if not, you can return your item in its original condition within 28 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or embossed products are non-returnable as they have been tailored specifically for you.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our workshop in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the generated prepaid shipping label (where applicable) and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
